- Melt oleo in a pan.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, celery flakes, minced onions, and dill weed well.
- Lay biscuits on top of the mixture.
- Cut biscuits into quarters.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Turn biscuits upside down and serve.
- Cook until brown.
