Erbs Biscuits are savory, cheesy biscuits with parsley, celery flakes, and onions, perfect as a quick side or snack to complement any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 1/4 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery flakes
  • 1 tsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a pan.
  2. Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, celery flakes, minced onions, and dill weed well.
  3. Lay biscuits on top of the mixture.
  4. Cut biscuits into quarters.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  6. Turn biscuits upside down and serve.
  7. Cook until brown.
  8. Goes with any meal.
