Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 2 tsp. cooking wine
  • 1/4 lb. pineapple
  • 1 3/4 lb. white raisins
  • 2 lb. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, flour and spices.
  3. Mix in fruit and nuts.
  4. Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
