Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 2/3 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Sift first 7 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
