Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp gravy flour
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked meat or seafood

Instructions

  1. Cook celery, onion, green pepper, and butter until very soft, then add garlic and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  2. Add gravy flour and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add cooked meat or seafood and cook for an additional 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
