- Heat sour cream over very low heat in a nonstick saucepan. Stir in sugar, salt and butter.
- Sit aside and cool until lukewarm.
- In large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add sour cream mixture, eggs and flour.
- Mix well until a mound forms in the bottom of the bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, go on to steps 2 and 3.
