Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground meat
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk.
  2. Add ground meat, beaten eggs, onions, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Divide the mixture and shape into 2 loaves.
  5. Place loaves in a baking dish and cover with picante sauce.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
