Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Mix the egg, melted butter, flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
