Frank And Potato Bake
A comforting potato bake featuring sliced potatoes, sliced frankfurters, and a cheesy onion parsley sauce, baked until golden and bubbly—perfect for casual family dinners.

- Reserve 3 frankfurters; slice the remaining frankfurters and set aside.
- In a saucepan, stir milk into flour until smooth.
- Add cheese spread; cook and stir until thickened and smooth.
- Add minced onion, snipped parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the cheese mixture.
- Fold the cheese mixture into the cooked, peeled, and sliced potatoes and sliced frankfurters.
- Turn the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake, covered, at 350°F for 40 minutes.
- Halve the reserved frankfurters and arrange in a pinwheel pattern on top of the casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve.
