Everything Omelette

- Saute chopped ham, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in about 1 teaspoon of butter until tender.
- Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl.
- Heat a frying pan with enough oil to coat the bottom over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low-medium and pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan, ensuring the eggs coat the entire surface.
- Add half of the grated American cheese and chopped tomatoes on one half of the eggs.
- Allow the cheese to melt and the eggs to cook, then add the cooked ingredients on top of the cheese and eggs.
- Place the remaining half of the eggs on top of the ingredients and cook until set.
- Fold the omelette if desired and serve hot.
- Repeat the process to make the second omelette.
