Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 coups sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bake in sprayed loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
