Ingredients

  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 medium bell peppers
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 medium can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and bell peppers.
  3. Cook until onion is just transparent.
  4. Add ground beef to the pan.
  5. Brown the beef and drain excess fat.
  6. Return the beef mixture to the heat.
  7. Add crushed tomatoes, Ranch Style beans, garlic powder, and chili powder.
  8. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
  9. Serve with crackers or warm tortillas.
