Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (9 oz) package cut green beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup of cream of mushroom soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and place in a casserole dish.
  3. Flatten each portion into 5-inch circles.
  4. Turn up the edges of each circle to form a ring.
