Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 bottle of wine (white Zin or your choice)
  • fresh rosemary
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large frypan, put enough olive oil to cover the pan and heat it up.
  2. Add fresh rosemary to the pan, then place the pork chops in the hot oil.
  3. Cook the pork chops until they start to caramelize, then sprinkle wine into the pan to cool it down.
  4. Move the pork chops around in the pan to prevent sticking.
  5. Repeat the process of cooking and adding wine several times to develop flavor.
  6. Continue cooking until the chops are heated through and have a caramel color.
  7. Turn the pork chops over and cook until the inside is white and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot, ensuring the pork is tender and flavorful.
