Ingredients

  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 lb. small marshmallows
  • 1 lb. peanut brittle, ground through food chopper
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the ground peanut brittle, marshmallows, and drained crushed pineapple to the whipped cream.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Serve on sliced angel food cake or in cream puff shells.
