Ingredients

  • 5 lb. boiled cooked potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. mustard
  • 5 to 6 boiled eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 to 4 dill pickles
  • 1 1/2 c. Ranch salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and chop them.
  3. Chop the onion and dill pickles finely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, onion, and pickles.
  5. Add the Miracle Whip and mustard, mixing well to coat all ingredients.
  6. Stir in the ranch salad dressing until evenly combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then refrigerate before serving.
