Decadent homemade chocolate candies with coconut and pecans, dipped in rich chocolate shell, perfect for gifting or indulging in a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo, melted
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can coconut, flaked
  • 3 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 (6 oz.) packages chocolate chips
  • 1 package paraffin wax

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Mix in melted oleo, condensed milk, coconut, and chopped pecans.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and let cool.
  4. In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips with paraffin wax until smooth.
  5. Use a toothpick to dip each ball into the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Place dipped candies on wax paper to set and store in an airtight container.
