Instructions
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 4 rectangles.
- Place the rectangles on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and 3/4 cup of salsa evenly over each rectangle.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each rectangle.
- Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool the strips for 10 minutes.
- Cut each rectangle into 4 strips.
- Sprinkle with minced parsley before serving.
