Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix partially thawed hash browns, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the casserole.
  3. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes evenly over the casserole as a crunchy topping.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
