Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 package dry yeast

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix two cups of flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
  2. Quickly stir in hot water (not boiling).
  3. In the same bowl, work in the remaining one cup of flour.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Shape or roll the dough to fit your pan.
  6. Top with your favorite pizza goodies and bake.
