Ingredients

  • 20 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
  • 4 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter, melted

Instructions

  2. Mix the beaten eggs, sugar, and melted butter together.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the pineapple and bread crumbs in the dish.
