Ingredients

  • 8 oz. medium egg noodles
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles for 7 minutes, then set aside in a glass bowl.
  2. Heat the Parmesan cheese, butter, and whipping cream in a saucepan for 2 1/2 minutes or until the butter is melted, stirring twice.
  3. Pour the cheese mixture over the cooked noodles and toss well to combine.
  4. Season with pepper to taste before serving.
