Ingredients

  • 4 boned turkey thighs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced green chili peppers
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Rinse turkey thighs and pat dry.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. In a skillet, heat margarine over medium heat.
  4. Add turkey thighs and saute until browned on all sides (about 15 minutes).
  5. Add chopped onion and saute a few more minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, and flour, then stir to combine.
  7. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 25 minutes, turning thighs occasionally.
  8. Cut thighs into halves.
  9. Add sour cream and sliced green chili peppers, then blend well.
  10. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
