Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can refried beans
  • 12 oz. jar picante sauce
  • 8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 7.5 oz. pkg. tortilla chips
  • 1.5 cups shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped tomato

Instructions

  1. Combine refried beans, picante sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheese in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
  2. On a serving platter, layer tortilla chips, the bean mixture, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
