Ingredients

  • 4 well trimmed ribeye steaks
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 8 medium flour tortilla shells
  • 1/2 c. shredded colby or monterey jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with lime juice.
  2. Preheat the grill and place the steaks on it, turning once when they are just about done.
  3. Wrap the tortilla shells in foil and place them on the edge of the grill to warm.
  4. When the steaks are cooked, place each steak on a tortilla shell.
  5. Top the steaks with shredded cheese and salsa.
  6. Serve with a salad for a fine dinner.
