Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 2 beef tenderloin steaks
  • vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine dry red wine, soy sauce, and dried tarragon in a large Ziploc bag.
  2. Add the beef tenderloin steaks to the bag.
  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours, turning occasionally to marinate.
  4. Remove steaks from the marinade.
  5. Place steaks on a coated rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  6. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side.
