Ingredients

  • 14 to 16 oz. fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place fish fillets in a single layer on heavy-duty aluminum foil large enough to fold and seal over all ingredients.
  2. Melt butter and add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese; blend well.
  3. Spread the butter mixture over the fish fillets.
  4. Fold and seal the edges of the foil tightly to enclose the fish and sauce.
  5. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  6. Serve on a heated platter and garnish with lemon slices.
