Instructions
- Cut up stew beef and place in bottom of casserole dish (do not brown).
- Add French onion soup and tomato soup.
- Stir.
- Add sliced carrots, turnip, onions and potatoes.
- Cover and bake at 300° for 2 hours.
- Turn oven off and keep casserole in oven for another 45 minutes.
- Do not take cover off during this 45 minute time.
