Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut up stew beef and place in bottom of casserole dish (do not brown).
  2. Add French onion soup and tomato soup.
  3. Stir.
  4. Add sliced carrots, turnip, onions and potatoes.
  5. Cover and bake at 300° for 2 hours.
  6. Turn oven off and keep casserole in oven for another 45 minutes.
  7. Do not take cover off during this 45 minute time.
