Ingredients

  • 2 c. vinegar (cider)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, oil, beaten eggs, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper together to create the marinade.
  2. Wash the chicken thoroughly, including legs, thighs, or breasts as desired.
  3. Place the chicken on an outdoor grill and baste it with the marinade mixture, turning and basting every few minutes.
  4. Grill until the chicken is cooked through and has a black, crispy exterior.
