- In an electric skillet, crumble ground chuck evenly over the bottom. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread onion slices evenly over the meat.
- Add sliced potatoes evenly on top of the onions.
- Then add sliced carrots over the potatoes.
- Spread cream of mushroom soup over the top of the carrots.
- Cover and cook approximately 30 minutes at 250°F, or until the meat is done.
- Do not stir during cooking.
- Serve in layers.
