Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine chili, cooked rice, chopped onion, and chopped green bell pepper in a pot.
  2. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and continue heating until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
