Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • garlic salt
  • onion salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil or bake the fish until cooked; remove all bones and mash the fish.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
  3. Beat egg yolks until creamy; add flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, and parsley. Mix well.
  4. Add the mashed fish to the egg yolk mixture and combine thoroughly.
  5. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
