Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Arrange fish fillets in a greased shallow baking pan or casserole.
  2. Saute chopped onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.
  3. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and drained canned tomatoes to the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Pour the tomato mixture over the fish fillets in the baking dish.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
