Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 (32 oz.) jars Ragu
  • 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Dip the fish fillets in beaten eggs.
  2. Roll the coated fish in Italian bread crumbs.
  3. Lightly fry the breaded fish in oil until golden brown.
  4. Remove the fish from oil and let drain on paper towels.
  5. Place the fried fish in a casserole dish.
  6. Pour Ragu sauce over the fish.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake until the cheese and sauce are hot and bubbly.
