Fish Packets
Fish packets offer a flavorful, healthy, and easy-to-make meal with tender fish, fresh vegetables, and zesty lemon, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or outdoor grilling.

Instructions
- Place a 14-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil on the counter for each serving.
- Oil or spray the foil with cooking oil or spray.
- Place fish fillet(s) on the foil. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish.
- Cover the fillet(s) with celery, onion, sliced potatoes, salt, and small bits of butter as desired.
- Add small bits of butter on top of the vegetables if desired.
- Fold the foil to create a sealed packet.
- Place the foil packets on the grill over medium-low heat.
- Cook for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Open the packets carefully and serve.
