Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish sticks
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Place thawed fish sticks in a single layer in a shallow pan.
  2. Combine French dressing, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Pour the marinade over the fish sticks and let stand for 30 minutes, turning once.
  4. Remove fish sticks from the sauce and place in a well-greased baking pan in a single layer.
  5. Combine crumbled French fried onions with cheese and sprinkle over the fish sticks.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 35 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
