- Brown and chop up lean ground beef in a skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix together in a large deep pan or skillet the taco sauce, enchilada sauce, chopped green chilies, pinto beans, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the mixture.
- Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Layer the bottom of an 8 x 13-inch (3-quart) casserole dish with a thin layer of crushed Doritos.
- Add half of the beef and sauce mixture and cover with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
