Five Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb vermicelli spaghetti ⓘ
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard ⓘ
- 1 small clove garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1 cup Provolone cheese, shredded ⓘ
- 5 oz smokey Cheddar cheese, shredded ⓘ
- 1 quart milk

- salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook and drain the spaghetti.
- Mix all cheeses together in a bowl.
- Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Sprinkle garlic, dry mustard, and Worcestershire sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- Make 3 layers of spaghetti in the dish, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add cheese layers and dot with butter between layers.
- Pour milk over all ingredients.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Stir from the bottom, recover with foil, and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Stir the mixture and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
