Ingredients

  • 1 lb vermicelli spaghetti
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Provolone cheese, shredded
  • 5 oz smokey Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 quart milk
  • paprika
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the spaghetti.
  2. Mix all cheeses together in a bowl.
  3. Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  4. Sprinkle garlic, dry mustard, and Worcestershire sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  5. Make 3 layers of spaghetti in the dish, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Add cheese layers and dot with butter between layers.
  7. Pour milk over all ingredients.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  9. Stir from the bottom, recover with foil, and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
  10. Stir the mixture and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
