Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 10 potatoes
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Layer sliced onion at the bottom of the casserole dish.
  2. Add a layer of sliced potatoes on top of the onion and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place hamburger patties over the potato layer.
  4. Sprinkle cream style corn over the hamburger patties.
  5. Pour tomato soup evenly over the casserole.
  6. Cover the dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until cooked through.
