Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 can peas

Instructions

  1. Layer bacon on the bottom of a cast-iron skillet.
  2. Make the hamburger into one big patty and place it over the bacon.
  3. Slice the onion and potatoes and distribute them over the hamburger.
  4. Put the peas over the top of the layered ingredients.
  5. Cook over low heat for 1 hour until the hamburger and potatoes are done.
