Ingredients

  • potatoes

  • onions
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. In a greased casserole dish or crock-pot, layer potatoes, carrots, and onions in that order.
  2. Cover with browned ground beef.
  3. Add undiluted cream of mushroom and tomato soups on top without mixing the ingredients.
  4. Cover the dish and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
