Ingredients

  • 2 (9 oz) cans bean dip
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 c green onion
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Spread bean dip in a 9x13 inch dish.
  2. Mash avocados with lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Stir taco seasoning into sour cream in a small bowl.
  4. Layer the mashed avocado mixture over the bean dip.
  5. Spread the sour cream mixture over the avocado layer.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and drained sliced black olives.
  8. Chill for several hours before serving.
