A quick, refreshing fruit salad combining sweet pineapple, tangy mandarin oranges, ripe bananas, and creamy vanilla pudding, perfect for a light dessert or snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • 12 oz. can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 to 4 large bananas

Instructions

  1. Take a pretty bowl and chill it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges from the cans.
  3. Slice the bananas into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix the drained fruits with the vanilla instant pudding mix in the chilled bowl.
  5. Gently combine all ingredients until evenly coated and served immediately.
