Ingredients

  • 1 (10 lb.) cooked ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 6 tablespoons country style Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • sliced pineapple

Instructions

  1. Cook the ham at 325°F for 15 minutes per pound.
  2. Cook the ham for 1 1/2 hours, then apply the glaze.
  3. Score diamonds in the top of the ham.
  4. Coat the ham generously with the glaze and pineapple slices.
