Ingredients

  • 5 lb. beef brisket
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bottle Kraft barbecue onion sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the brisket in vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper overnight.
  2. Remove from marinade and cook via preferred method (grilling, roasting, or smoking).
  3. During cooking, baste with Kraft barbecue onion sauce and Kraft smoked barbecue sauce as desired.
  4. Cook until the brisket is tender and reaches the desired internal temperature.
  5. Rest the meat before slicing and serving.
