Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 8 cups walnut halves

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg whites in a bowl until foamy.
  2. Add white grape juice, sugar, and salt; mix well.
  3. Stir in spices and walnuts.
  4. Spread mixture into two 10 x 15-inch baking pans, sprayed with nonstick spray.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 250°F, stirring occasionally, until walnuts are dry.
