Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 5 (15 oz.) cans chili beans with sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger, onions, and garlic until done.
  2. Stir in tomato juice, tomato sauce, chili powder, oregano, and cumin.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add chili beans with sauce.
  5. Continue simmering for 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
