- Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into 10 pieces.
- Press or roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

- Place about 2 tablespoons of chopped peeled apples onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of the sugar mixture over the apples.
- Fold the dough in half over the filling to form a half-moon shape.
- Press both edges of each fold to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
- Place the foldovers in an ungreased jelly roll pan.
