Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. ham
  • 1 Tbsp. diced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Whip eggs and pour in flipping pan. Cook until set. Pour other ingredients into omelet; flip over and continue cooking until done.
