Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground sirloin, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake the meatloaf for 1 hour.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup.
  6. Once the meatloaf is baked, spread the soup mixture evenly over the top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
