Ingredients

  • 4 oz green chilies
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 oz chopped pimientos
  • 8 oz fat-free grated cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4 c cooked rice
  • 2 packages chicken bouillon
  • black pepper
